What is TOFACIB?

TOFACIB® is a tofacitinib - based ointment which is the JAK inhibitor class.

The full name of this type of drugs is Janus kinase inhibitors, and their function is to inhibit the activity of the Janus kinase family of enzymes in the body.

Heavy hepatic impairment, infection induced by В and/or C hepatitis viruses (presence of infection Serological markers HBV and HCV), creatinine clearance less than 40 ml/min, concurrent administration of attenuated vaccines. Severe infections, active infections, including local. Pregnancy (no studies carried out in terms of safety and efficacy). Breast-feeding period. Childhood and age under 18 (no studies carried out in terms of safety and efficacy). Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Inform your doctor if:

You think you have infection or symptoms of infection, such as fever, excessive sweat or shivering attack; cough; blood in sputum; erethistic ulcer on skin; urethral burning; muscle pain; labored breathing; body weight loss; diarrhea or abdominal pain, or strong fatigue.
